No refunds can be given after 48 hours, if the event is less than 2 weeks aways strictly no refunds, but you can change ticket names up to 48 hours before the event,

LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
