Registration & Tickets

• Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
• Participants must select a designated time slot during registration.
• Registration is $17 per person and includes all painting supplies.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to supply preparation.
• Tickets are transferable—please notify us in advance if someone else will attend in your place.

Pet Photo Submission (For Personal Pet Portraits)

• If painting your own pet, a photo must be submitted at least one week prior to the event.
• Photos should be clear, high-quality, and show your pet’s face prominently.
• Late submissions may result in a blank canvas (no pre-sketched outline).

Painting Experience

• This is a guided, self-led experience. An instructor will be available for tips, guidance, and questions, but this is not a step-by-step class.
• All skill levels are welcome—come ready to have fun and get creative!

Painting Shelter Animals

• Participants may choose to paint one of the animals on site.
• You are welcome (and encouraged!) to donate your painting to the future adopting family.

Donations

• Additional donations to Homeward Animal Shelter are encouraged and can be made during registration or on site.

Event Environment

• This is a small, intimate event space. Please plan to arrive on time to enjoy the full experience.

Animals On Site

• Shelter animals may be present during the event.
• All interactions must be respectful and follow guidance from shelter staff.
• Not all animals may be available for handling or interaction.

What to Wear

• Aprons will be provided, but we recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting a little paint on—just in case!
