Grassy
Area Parking: Guests are welcome to park in the grassy area across from
the venue as well as the grassy area to the right of the venue facing
the main entrance. These spaces are designated for event parking and
provide convenient access to the venue.
🌳 Parking Etiquette: Please
park considerately to ensure all vehicles fit comfortably within the
designated areas. Avoid parking in any landscaped areas and residential
spaces.
REFUND POLICY
14 Days Before Event Date: You are eligible for a full refund.
7-13 Days Before Event Date: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.
Less
than 7 Days Before Event Date: Due to planning and reservation
commitments, no refunds are available. However, you may transfer your
registration to another participant with prior approval.
