WHAT TO BRING Please bring your ticket to the event for check in.

WHAT NOT TO BRING No outside alcohol. No tents.  No firearms.

REFUND POLICY No refunds will be issued for purchased tickets. 

TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY Tickets may be transferred to another attendee. Contact events@scgardens.com to transfer your ticket. 

EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY Any cancellation/rainout decisions will be made by noon the day before the event. All communication will come from events@scgardens.com.

LOST TICKET? If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the events@scgardens.com.
