PARKING
Vendors may use the green space along 7th St, and streets surrounding Island Park (Refer to fargoparks.com for more info)
NEW VENDORS
If you are a new vendor, you must submit photos to event coordinator, Tatiana Friese, at tfriese@fargoparks.com. If not submitted, the jury will not be able to review your application. If you are accepted into the show, you will receive a confirmation email within 4 weeks of deadline. If you are not accepted into this year's show, you will be refunded for your booth.
ACCOMMODATIONS/LODGING

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY

All application materials are due by 12:00 AM on June 1st, 2025
REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a refund you must let the Event Director of the cancellation by July 1st, 2025.
EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
The show will go on rain or shine. A decision to cancel will be made by the Event Director
