Your registration is 100% transferable or refundable if requested 31 days before the event or if the event is postponed by local, state, or federal mandate. Within 30 days of the event, your registration will be transferred to the next Niche event minus a $200 hotel catering fee.
If you are transferring from a previous event, your registration is a credit and is non-refundable.
No audio or video recording devices are allowed.
Your attendance is your consent to be photographed or videotaped for future promotional use by Niche Media, LLC.
Only the registration holder may attend. No guests are allowed in the event without their own pass. Certain guests like a spouse or partner are permissible to the after-hours events for a $25 per person fee. Please email: Help@NicheMediaHQ.com or visit the show office once on location.
You must use the Niche block when booking your hotel to receive the VIP rate at the hotel. No exceptions.
Event registrants are responsible for any damage that they personally cause or their immediate party causes to any venue where they are present. Niche Media, LLC is not liable for property damage caused by an event attendee.
Event registrants agree to hold Niche Media, LLC harmless for any damage or loss of personal property at the event.
Event registrants agree to hold Niche Media, LLC harmless against any health issues of any kind, including death or hospitalization, that may result from the event registrant's participation in the event.
