EVENT DAY/TIME AND LOCATION
Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 10:00am-5:00pm
Eastbound on I-40: Take Exit 399 onto 441 South (Henley Street) to downtown Knoxville. The convention center is on the right at the corner of Henley Street and Clinch Avenue.
Surface parking lots, metered spaces and garages are located within walking distance of the Convention Center. In addition, all city-owned downtown garages are free after 6 p.m. and on the weekends. Those staying in downtown hotels also have access to their parking facilities.
If you need parking for a person with disabilities, please contact us at 865 522-5669, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Eastern.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
Please have your printed ticket or have it available on your mobile device. Please have a photo ID available for confirmation.
DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE
Dress comfortable and wear comfortable shoes.
WHAT TO BRING
You are allowed to bring your own box to put your chocolate samples in. We provide a box for you, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Do not bring in outside food or drinks (unless they are for your small child or if you have dietary restrictions)
Photos and Video are encouraged. Have fun!
REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in and enter the tasting area.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Cash & Credit Cards are accepted.
We encourage advance purchase of tasting passes as they typically sell out. It is possible that we will have some tasting passes available for walk-up purchases at our ticket window but there are no guarantees.
No refunds except for extreme situations. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will stamp your hand so you can show us when you come back in that you have already paid and been at the festival.
TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
You may give your tasting pass to someone else. Please e-mail events@nightmoonproductions with the name of the person you are giving your ticket to.
EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
If it should snow heavily or ice on the event date, we will move the event to the following Saturday.
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
